Coaching for real life, not ideal life.
I help thoughtful people get clear, make decisions, and move forward in a way that actually lasts.
Who I am
I’m a coach who helps people move through the places where life feels stuck, unclear, or heavier than it should.
That might be money, work, relationships, habits, or a transition that is asking more of you than you expected.
My style is structured, direct, and warm. I do not believe in piling on more advice. I believe in slowing things down, understanding what is actually happening, and helping you figure out what to do next.
I’m also a culturally competent coach. I work with people across different identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences, and I pay attention to how those realities shape the decisions you’re making and the constraints you’re navigating.
How I coach
I work best with people who are already trying hard to get things right. Often, they are responsible and thoughtful, but still feel unclear or stuck in certain areas of their life.
Together, we make sense of what is happening, identify patterns, and turn that into clear action.
This work is not about perfection. It is about clarity, steadiness, and follow-through.
Background
I bring over 20 years of experience across education, corporate environments, startups, and coaching.
For the past 8 years, I’ve coached educators across the United States on financial decision-making and long-term planning.
I’ve spent time living in different countries, which shapes how I understand identity, belonging, and the realities of building a life that doesn’t always fit into one place or path.
I’m a Co-Active trained coach, a former basketball and chess coach, and I’ve competed in powerlifting as an adult.
That mix shapes how I work: structured, practical, and grounded in real life.
What you can expect
People often come in feeling stuck, scattered, or unsure how to move forward.
Over time, you can expect to think more clearly, understand how your past shapes your current decisions, and have systems in place that actually support your life.
You’ll develop a more reliable way to make decisions, follow through, and navigate what’s in front of you.
You’ll also have a steady, thoughtful space to talk things through with someone who knows your patterns and can help you stay grounded and moving forward.
