We start with a 30-minute consultation to get to know each other and talk through what is bringing you here. This is a chance for both of us to see if the work feels like a good fit.

From there, we decide together what kind of support makes the most sense, how often we should meet, and what you want to focus on first.
3. Begin the work
As we work together, we stay connected to what is actually happening in your life. Some sessions may focus on money. Others may focus on decisions, patterns, relationships, or the things that keep getting pushed aside. We take it one step at a time and build from there.

I offer a reparations discount for Native and Black American clients, as well as a discount for transgender individuals.
